Treatment planning process starts when patients contact with Ersa Health coordinators. Patients send their medical information and photos from the parts of their bodies they want to have operation to coordinators for that doctors can make a review.
So our coordinator inform the patients about treatment plan and treatment process after this reviewing. As a last step, patient’s hospital stay, hotel to stay and treatment process is determined according to patient’s characteristics.
After patient decides to have an operation, booking flight and if needed hotel reservations are done according to his/her will and budget.
After taking from airport by translators and transfered to his/her hotel or hospital, patient is accompanied from hotel to airport again when the operation is finished. By the way, a phone line is provided to patient for having contact with him/her.
Treatments are done by expert doctors in our technologically advanced hospitals.
Patients do not have any communication problems thanks to translators working in our company and speaking the same language with the patient. Our translators support patients in all matters by being with them 24/7.
After finishing treatment and all official actions, patient is transfered to airport with a translator. They are provided to contact about their post-treatment controls with Ersa Health whenever they want after they back to their countries.
Relatives of patients are also informed as all treatment processes are followed by Ersa team and their own doctors. If needed, patients have an opportunity of using special care products Ersa Health produced for after-treatment process.
